I believe in the breath

I believe, that believing that we can heal, and focusing on our breath, is of the utmost importance, even when times are tough, or obstacles are present. I believe that work can be fun. I believe that having fun, can be a lot of work, in this duality of life. I believe that everything is matter, and that all matter is energy, and in the theory of thought before form. I tend to believe, that life contains balance, or is seeking ways to find that, just as homeostasis does so in the body, and that we are all always learning, as well as practicing.
